Saint Lucia, The Caribbean – When Gen. Pakenham learns that
Admiral Cochrane has commandeered his invasion army, the Commander-in-Chief
roars, “That no good, rotten, son-of-a-bitch!” Pakenham will hurry to Jamaica
to gather the rest of his army, sending word to Gen. Lambert in Barbados to
make haste.
